Tiffany Jen is a seasoned design leader and digital designer based in New York City, holding a Master's degree in Design & Entrepreneurship from the School of Visual Arts. With extensive experience as a Senior Staff Designer at Shopify and Google, she led the brand marketing design team by fostering connections between off-platform merchants, consumers, and businesses for business integration. In her role as a former Design Lead & Motion Designer at Meta & Instagram, Tiffany developed and led impactful campaigns for the Creative Shop, WhatsApp, and Small Business Marketing team across Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, and Messenger, driving business impact for clients.
Tiffany approaches design and problem-solving with a holistic, strategic, and research-oriented mindset. Her diverse knowledge in wellness, business, and technology makes her a sought-after candidate for working with disruptor startups and well-established brands alike.
